-Add function: add ARABIC and HEBREW input support for USB keyboard,add usb keyboard language setting in system->language setting
-Add function: add DVB subtitle support for record playback
-Add function: add Persian Teletext support(need choose Teletext language to Persian)
-Add function: update software keyboard of opera,add Turkish/ Hungarian/Germany input support.
-Add function: add 3G CDMA support (SIERRA AirCard 250U/HuaWei EC122)
-Add function: add export local Longitude/Latitude information when export database XML file in system/upgrade/database transformer
-fixed the bug: Mute key not work when watching video in youtube
-fixed the bug: order of channel list changed when export XML file
-fixed the bug: EPG can not update
-fixed the bug: can’t catch EPG data for other network
-update tp list of 4.8E/13.0E/19.2E/23.5E/26.0E/28.2E/36.0E/56.0E
